Agatha Kulaga | Founding Partner

Agatha Kulaga is a seasoned business leader focused on shaping the future of hospitality. She has 20+ years experience in business strategy, development, and operations, from nascency to long-term growth. As Founder & CEO of Ovenly, she led successful expansion across retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and licensing channels, while scaling vertically-integrated business practices. She championed value-driven, social impact strategies, making a mark as an industry trailblazer in NYC. Her expertise is in brand building, start-up growth strategy, operational problem-solving, build-outs and openings, and culture & community building. She now advises food businesses in all stages of growth. Prior to her work in hospitality, she managed a clinical research program at NYU School of Medicine. Her work as a researcher and social worker ultimately inspired her commitment to using business as a tool for social change.

Beth Lieberman | Founding Partner

Beth Lieberman is a NYC-hospitality professional with 20+ years of hands-on experience developing complex multi-vendor food and beverage environments such as Urbanspace Vanderbilt, Essex Market, and The Market Line at Essex Crossing. She was the opening operations director for each of the previous three projects, and was responsible for the conception, leasing, construction, budget and operations. She currently advises landlords and developers about their foodservice and hospitality options. Previous to the market projects, she served as Beverage Director of Momofuku where she oversaw the beverage program at four restaurants. She has also been a bartender, server, project manager for private real estate developers, Community Board member, and housing and land use policy analyst for the Public Advocate of New York City.
